The company was prompt, and answered all preliminary questions. At the time of installation the service representative was again prompt. He presented a complete explanation of the project he was doing as well as answering all questions. The installation was completed in a very time manner and written instructions were give for maintenance and upkeep as well as a 5 yr guarantee. Thank U Ms. W

Bottom line: Top quality work at a reasonable price. John, the owner, did a fantastic job. (10 stars). He is a true artisan, takes his time, and takes pride in his work. My tub looks so beautiful and matches my white Toto toilet perfectly. It really looks like a brand new tub, not like one that has just been “sprayed”. Most importantly, he is licensed; he stuck to his estimate; “vented” to the outside”; and there was very little residual odor. He respected our property and did not leave a mess. My husband and I were able to use the room (not the tub, of course) within hours. It was a pleasure to have such a nice gentleman in our home.
